Blessing of the Hounds
On Thanksgiving Day we often head over to Grace Episcopal Church in Keswick for the Blessing of the Hounds at 10:00 AM. Conducted outside, the service continues from an English tradition with Fox-hunters on horse back and the hounds scampering about during the service. There usually a good sized crowd so plan to arrive by 9:30 AM to get a good position. If you’ve never been come out and enjoy!

Carters Mountain Apple Shed
Head up to Carters Mountain Orchard for the view, apples, cider, apple donuts and more! We’ve been the last two weekends with friends from out of town and may make another visit this weekend. They close for the season in early December so don’t delay!
