There is always lots to see at the show!
It’s time for the 35th annual Steam & Gas Pasture Party in Somerset, Virginia! Come out Friday through Sunday (9/9-11/2011) from 8 A.M. till dusk and enjoy a cool event held rain or shine. I always enjoy the old steam tractors, antique cars and farm equipment. Food, beverages, ice cream and the flea market provide opportunities to spend some money and support a variety of groups. We’ve taken the little children in the past and they have really enjoyed seeing all the antique vehicles and the play area. This year there will be a child identification booth on Saturday and Sunday, so you can get an ID packet
to keep on your child! The cost remains low ($5 donation for adults and children free).
So if you’re looking for some fun this weekend, come to Sumerset in beautiful Orange County, Virginia!
