On Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 9-11 AM at the Charlottesville, Virginia Senior Center there is a FREE event to provide information on many home ownership challenges (we want to help sustain home ownership challenged by financial, physical or social challenges). Yes, the event is free and open to the public but we do need you to register by calling 434.817.2227 or www.caar.com (sponsored and developed by the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS). There will be many organizations and individuals present to assist you. If you need help meeting your mortgage payments; are financially challenged but want to keep your home; challenged with a fixed income and taxes; challenged moving around in your home; want info on loan restructuring or refinancing options; facing credit challenges; having budget management issues; want to learn about reverse mortgages; etc, then this seminar provides information to help you.
