“Jim is an excellent realtor but more than that he is a genuine person that will try and help you anyway he can.  He will listen to your concerns and review your situation and provide you with a range of possibilities and/or alternative solutions.  He is very knowledgeable about the local market and very easy to work with, he is committed to help you obtain your goals.   In my situation I had to sell my house because I was being relocated to another state.  He gave me the best advise to be able to obtain a new house in the new state while keeping my current home.  Unfortunately I could not sell my house by the time I moved and because of the market situation but Jim helped through the entire time I had the house for sale and was always positive and eager to  find a buyer.  His persistence pay off and the house was sold with very little hassle.   Thank you Jim!”
