4H Animals at the Fair
Continuing w/ the them of Summer Ag Fairs, the Augusta County Fair continues though Saturday (rides at the Midway, track events, entertainment, and more!). On Saturday travel the Town of Orange, Virginia for the Edible Food Festival w/ a market place, cooking demonstrations, presentation by Joel Salatin, tastings from farms & restaurants, plus gardening demonstrations all for only $5! Stick around for Bull Riding at Oakland Hights Farm (between the towns of Orange and Gordonsville on US 15) with the gates opening at 5:30 PM and events starting at 7:30 PM. There will also be food for sale and live music. Sunday will be a great day to head to Lake Anna for fun on the water! Whatever you do, have a fun safe weekend.
