2015 proved to be another interesting year in the Central Virginia real estate market!  Click here to view the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS 2015 year end Market Report.  Overall  the report shows an increase in sales (the four year trend continued!) with prices holding stable (better than a decline in home sale pricing!).

The report also shows the inventory of homes for sale remains low.  I experienced this low inventory over the weekend with the buyers I worked with.  Often there was only one home meeting their specific criteria.  If you are considering selling your home, now is a good time to discuss the options.  Please give me a call 1-434-466-4663 or e-mail James@VirginiaHomesFarmsLand.com .  I am here to help!

As always, values remain a factor of location, location, location and location!   Looks like 2016 will have a real estate market similar to 2015 in Central Virginia!  If you have questions about the market, your real estate, buying or selling a home, etc., let’s talk!  Let’s talk is not just an invitation – it’s the first step to reaching your real estate goals!  I am here to help.
