The Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS released their 4th Quarter and 2013 Year End Real Estate Market Report. Read the report here! There was not a buyer for every home for sale in 2013 but more homes sold in 2013 than in 2012. Overall our Central Virginia (Charlottesville plus Albemarle, Louisa, Orange, Fluvanna, Madison, Greene and Nelson Counties) continues to improve.
