Parade of Homes & Fiber Festival

Central Virginia New Construction

Get out this weekend (10/1-2/2011) and next weekend (10/8-9/2011) to experience the latest and greatest Central Virginia Builders offer in new construction homes through the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association 2011 Parade of Homes.  Karen and I always like getting out and touring the homes to see the new features in construction, appliances and amenities.  Touring the homes remains fun and informative.  The homes cover all price points and styles from First Time Home Buyers to McMansions!

Sheep grazing prior to the Fall Fiber Festival

This weekend also features the Fall Fiber Festival at James Madison’s Montpelier in Orange County, Virginia.  We’ve taken the grandsons who really enjoyed watching the sheep dog trials and weaving demonstrations.  If you fall in love with some of the products, the vendors are more than happy to help you take home some great products.

As always, if you have real estate questions or would like to buy a home, farm or land, I am here to help, so let’s talk. Have a great weekend!

  1. A lot of thanks for your whole work on this blog. Betty really likes participating in investigation and it’s easy to understand why. We know all about the powerful ways you deliver powerful suggestions by means of this web blog and as well as increase contribution from some other people on that concept while our own simple princess is in fact being taught so much. Take advantage of the remaining portion of the new year. You are conducting a powerful job.
