After several false starts, Cutalong ( a Lake Anna waterfront golf course community) moves towards fruition. Earlier this month Karen and I toured the new Louisa County subdivision on 13,000+/- acre Lake Anna. We found lovely home sites, the start of an 18 hole championship golf course, and a great waterfront community. Three builders are starting model homes but you can bring your own builder as long as you abide by the reasonable covenants and restrictions. If you’re looking to explore building at Cutalong, through Virginia agency law and Real Estate Board rules and regulations I can represent you in your purchase through buyer agency. To learn more about buyer agency representation and explore the possibilities, let’s talk! I am here to help.

Mortgage Bonds are trading higher this morning but are off their best levels being supported by the Federal Reserve as it embarks on QE3 to support the mortgage markets.
In economic data, the New York State Manufacturing Index fell its lowest level since April of 2009.
Eventually all of the money printing by global central banks either creates inflation and a lot of it, or it is successful in sparking economic growth necessary to even begin repaying this enormous debt. In either case, the longer-term outlook for Bonds as an investment doesn’t look so grand. I feel that locking at current rates is prudent.

Good Afternoon,
I just moved to the area and I am looking for employment. I have multiple skills and would be interested in finding a position in the new community. I can forward my resume upon request.
Thank you
Sharon Wilfong
Sharon,
Great to hear from you! Please post a copy of your resume on VirginiaHomesFarmsLand.com with any extra comments you would like to add. In our new economy we all need to work together helping friends to find employment.

Plunging Stock markets coupled with renewed worries in Spain are shifting investing dollars back into the safe haven of the Bond markets this morning.
This afternoon at 1:00pm ET, the Treasury will release the results from today’s note auction and the data could impact trading.
In housing news, Zillow reported that home prices rose by the largest percentage in the third quarter since 2006 signaling that the housing markets are turning the corner and may have already bottomed out.
I will continue to recommend a Floating bias, but as always sentiment can quickly reverse. If anything changes, I will get back to you.
