While out and about looking at 5 to 20 acre lots in the western Louisa County, Virginia (Zion Crossroads & Green Springs) this morning, I noticed lots of new construction going on. I’ve got several clients looking for land. Some want to build now to take advantage of available crews at lower costs and others want to buy for later building and anticipated increase in land prices. Even Spring Creek (our gated golf course community) continues to offer great building lots with new homes. There are still some great parcels of land for sale between Richmond and Charlottesville, Virginia with easy access to I-64. We’ve developed a great e-mail based search tool to help you find the Central Virginia home, farm or land you’re looking for. If you’re interested in land for building now or in the future, I am here to help, so let’s talk!

Are the homes amd farms around keswick and gordonsville are they on a septic system or sewerage? Not being from the area, was curious how the systems work down there? How about the water system? Does everyone have a private well or town water? Any info would be great Thanks

Lisa,
Great questions! There are a few communities in Keswick (Glenmore & Keswick Hall) with community water and sewer. The majarity fo the rest of the area is served by well and septic. Gordonsville has a similar arrangement most of the homes in the Town Limits of the Town of Gordonsville are served by public water and sewer with the rest being well and septic. When you get to Zion Crossroads (some consider it part of Gordonsville and it’s served by the Gordonsville post office), the Spring Creek gold community is served by a community water and sewer system. We live in between Gordonsville and Zion Crossroads with a well and septic. Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns. I am here to help. Keep asking questions.
