Happy October 1st! The rain left and the birds are out singing this morning. I love living in Green Springs near Zion Crossroads and working in beautiful Central Virginia. Soon I’ll finish my office work for the day and head out to work with clients. I’ll be traveling the back roads between the presidents homes of Montpelier, Monticello and Ash Lawn. I may even travel south to check out a parcel of land near Teddy’s retreat, Pine Knot. This afternoon I’m working with a 1st time home buyer touring 5 nice homes in Charlottesville priced under $200,000. The buyer feels the time is right to quit paying rent and buy thier 1st home.
