Castlebrook Estate Under Construction
Thanks to Jonathan Fishbeck (Founder, CEO, & Primary General Contractor) and Todd Hawkins (President) of BuilderFish for the personal tour of Castlebrook, their current project. On the ride to the project Todd updated me on some of the latest Universal Design and the BuilderFish Way plus their excavation, concrete, welding, carpentry and other divisions (available to you for your projects). Once at the project site, I met the BuilderFish Team who were friendly and ready to answer questions. Jonathan’s tour went from the catwalks just below the roof to the basement bowling alley (yes this home has it all!). The geothermal heating, rain water run off collection, insulation and water proofing proved to be fascinating areas for me. Since different portions of the home are in different stages of construction, I was shown the various systems behind the walls (before paneling and plaster!).
