After a cold week, it looks like we’ve got a warmer weekend coming up! I am looking forward to getting a few more out door projects taken care of (leaves, clear some brush, etc.). With the last day of Central Virginia deer season arriving on Saturday, I will not be showing land and may squeeze in a hunt. If you’re going out to look at land on Saturday, please wear some blaze orange! Regardless I look forward to getting outside on Saturday and perhaps walking the Monticello Trail or along the Rivanna River with Karen. Sunday holds a couple of work appointments for me then if the rain comes we may go see the new Sherlock Holmes movie.
We may visit one of the local wineries, since they have great tasting accompanied by music, homemade soup or crafts. It’s nice to get out and meet the folks who grow the grapes & make the wine. We often discover an interesting wine that makes a great gift (we like to buy and give local!). In December we discovered a delicious peach wine at Wetson Farm Vineyards and Winery in Louisa County that we had to get for some friends from Georgia! What do you have planned for the weekend (please comment & spread the word on upcoming events & activities). Have a great weekend!
