Stonefire Kitchen, Barboursville, Virginia

What a beautiful fall day in Central Virginia.  Karen joined me for a beautiful afternoon driving down back roads to preview properties in Orange and Louisa Counties.  We stopped at Stonefire Kitchen to enjoy a great lunch.   Karen likes vegetarian items so she ordered an eggplant sandwich while I enjoyed a smoked salmon sandwich.  Yes, I was trying to be good and passed on a meatloaf sandwich!  Lunch rocked and I’ll be back on a cold rainy winter day for the Cuban sandwich.  If you’re out in Barboursville traveling the back roads or visiting Vineyards (BarboursvilleBurnleyHorton ) or the Four County Players (the intersection of US 20 & 33) check out Stonefire Kitchen for a great lunch or dinner (they also have banquet space for wedding receptions, anniversaries, corporate functions, etc.).  I’ve been fortunate to attend two Stonefire Station events and both were top notch.  I’ll be out exploring Central Virginia, so if you have a favorite dining or recreation spot, please add to the post so I can check it out.  If you have real estate questions or are ready to buy a home, farm or land, I am here to help, so let’s talk!
